How to stick fish paste to pepper?
Nelson @ Home: My mom doesn't make the first dish often, so I took a picture. Once I started, I couldn't stop.
The fish paste in pepper is a popular (HK?) dish. The trick is to get the fish paste to stick in the shell of the pepper. There must be a secret to this, but I don't know this secret.
Next is stewed chicken drumsticks. I think my mom cooks this for a while because the taste is really strong. Also she uses some leaves of some sort, what are they?
The last two are an asparagus dish with Oyster mushrooms. And to finish, a steamed fish, done HK style.
