Leftover Turkey Salad x3

Nelson @ Home: What to do with so much leftover turkey? Well I decided to make a few salads for myself.

The first one included a butternut squash we forgot to cook Xmas day. We cooked it the next day and threw it together with the salad. We also had generous chunks of avocado.

The next one includes turkey with stuffing AND bacon bits. This was really good.

For the last one, I dumped a lot of turkey, piled stuffing on top and topped it off with cranberry sauce. These were all good tasting, but after 3 meals in a row it got a little tiring.
