Sweet Potato Mash for Xmas

Nelson @ home: Another Christmas, another Turkey. This time we mixed it up by having sweet potato mash with spinach. Otherwise, pretty standard butterball, corn, stuffing, gravy, a can of cranberry sauce (not yet mixed up), brocolli and spinach. Nothing spetacular, but still very good.
