Tasty Catered Chicken made into even tastier Homemade Pasta
Nelson @ home: My mom brought home some extra leftover catered dinner from the office. It was an Italian dinner with chicken, veal, potatoes and pasta. She saved the sauce because it was so good. Good thing she did.
At home we cut up the chicken, which was not overcooked and in fact a little red near the bone. This is a good thing since we were cooking it again. We threw some vegetables into the wok, added the chicken and then the pasta. The most important step was adding the sauce and the result was a really good pasta dish. Thank goodness for leftovers!
