Green Bamboo

Restaurant: Green_Bamboo Toronto

dre: At work I was craving Pho, so for lunch we went to Green Bamboo at Shepperd and Midland. I liked how you could get a combo with a salad and spring rolls with a large Pho beef noodle soup for $7.50. The spring rolls were good, but I found the noodles too soggy. Too bad, seems like good pho is so hard to come by nowadays.

  • How can the noodles be too soggy if they are in a soup?.

  • Maybe they were overcooked before putting in the soup...

  • Yeah, that can happen...overcooked noodles, which makes them too soft.
