Park Hyatt Wedding Paella Station

Nelson @ Park Hyatt: The third station at Joyce's wedding was a Paella Station. They made it fresh with saffron rice and your desired ingredients. The ingredients included spicy chorizo sausage, shrimp, mussels, lobster, clams, chicken, peas, artichokes and jalapeno peppers.

Unfortunately, by this point, I was pretty full. I had a small portion that included all the above ingredients. I like my paella moist and this one was moist, so I enjoyed it. I don't remember any lobster bits....maybe I didn't order it.

And finally I couldn't resist getting another portion of the beef :)
