Aix Cuisine Du Terroir
Nelson @ Aix Cuisine du Terroir: In Montreal for a bachelor party, we went to this place right across from the Notre Dame Basilica for brunch.
I had a "sucre" dish, a crepes francaises farcies au jambon et fromage gratin. Otherwise known as French crepes stuffed with ham and gratin cheese. I don't understand why it's called gratin cheese, because I don't see any crust (ie gratin) going on. It was well presented and tasted pretty good, but the portions were a little small. I wish they included more potatoes, because they were so crispy, and not oily.
