Restaurant: Little_Mexico Vaughan

dre: I first noticed this place on Hwy 7 and Martin Grove when we were checking out wedding banquet venues. This place is actually on the corner of Woodstream and Hwy 7 in Vaughan. I've always wanted to try it because I'm looking for a tasty Mexican restaurant close to home.

We finally made our way there after a stressful week of work. The place is very small and quaint. We think it's a family run restaurant. The menu had pictures to show what the dishes looked like and we got fooled by thinking that the portions were small, so we asked for extra refil on the complementary nachos.

Little did we know, their portions were huge! I had the pork tostadas, which is 4 deep fried tortillas with a generous portion of rice and salad. Mike had a chicken enchilada which was also very large and cheesy. Out of the 2, mine was better, but I definitely have to go back to try the more authentic dishes on the menu now that we know the portions are large and worth it!
