Macau Specialties

dre: In Macau, we tried some of their specialty dishes. Because it used to be a Portuguese colony, the dishes are a fusion of European/Chinese style.

At the top is Portuguese chicken, which I get fairly frequently here in Canada. My parents wanted to try a lamb stew and a fried fish. The one under the fish is "African" chicken, which is a little bit spicy.

The last 2 pictures are what we got from a food court at the Venetian Macau, a pork cutlet sandwich with Macau beer and Mike got a beef udon noodle soup from a Japanese fast food place.
