Fiesta Del Mar Too
Restaurant: Fiesta_Del_Mar_Too Mountain_View
Nelson @ Fiesta Del Mar Too: We had a large group and somehow decided to stop at this (pricey) Mexican seafood restaurant in Mountain View California. We were hungry, so the nachos at the table were quickly eaten not only because we were starving but because they were really good. They included 3 different dipping sauces which was nice. We wanted alcohol, so we ordered some Margaritas. I asked the waiter to recommend some and he picked the most expensive ones, and I was dumb and picked one. Ooops. At least that one tasted really really smooth.
I had a Shrimp Rancheros (Fajitas) which has jumbo shrimp simmered in a hearty broth of garlic, onions, tomatoes, bell peppers, cilantro, wine, olive oil, mushrooms and special seasonings. I had the fried beans (which never disappoint) on the side. This was a good dish, but I wish they gave a few more shrimp andn some more vegetables. Still tasted good though.
Kitty had the Enchiladas. I don't remember which one as my picture only shows the outside and from the menu, they only differ by their fillings. I tried a bite and it was good, but not spectacular.
This was good quality Mexican, but unfortunately priced too highly. Maybe it attracted all the rich Googlers.
