B52 Layered Shot

Restaurant: none

Nelson @ Arick's: After Huy's wedding, Ed showed us how to make some layered shots. We made this B52, by first pouring Kahlua at the bottom. Then very carefully pour the bailey's so that it doesn't break the layer. Then we used an upside down spoon to gently pour some Grand Marnier on top. We weren't completely successful unfortunately. We need a little more practice (and I need to be more sober when taking photos) and I'm sure we'll perfect it. Thanks for showing us Ed!
