Cheesecake Factory at Walden Galleria

dre: On our way home, we stopped at Cheesecake Factory in Buffalo. Knowing how large the portions were, we shared the Louisiana Chicken Pasta - Parmesan Crusted Chicken Cutlets Served Over Pasta Tossed with Mushrooms, Peppers and Onions in a Spicy New Orleans Style Sauce. The breaded chicken was extremely salty, so I only found the pasta part enjoyable.

For the cheesecake, this is the White Chocolate Caramel Macadamia Nut Cheesecake. I wolfed it down really quickly because I was the only one eating dessert and it was already really late and we were still 1.5 hours from home.

  • I had the chicken pasta for lunch the next day, and upon microwaving it, there was about 1-2cm thick layer of liquid oil residing at the bottom of my tupperware bowl... things you don't see when the food is fresh! Nevertheless, besides the saltiness, it was tasty!
