Nelson @ home: I decided to host a Christmas gathering and decided to serve Turducken. For those that don't know, Turducken is a Turkey, stuffed with a Duck, which is stuffed with a Chicken, which is stuffed with pork stuffing. Awesome.

In theory. For the one I bought, the meat is processed and reconstituted into its turducken form. I couldn't tell the difference between the four meats, except for the pork, which was saltier and very dark. I also overcooked it a tiny bit, as I was waiting for one of my guests to arrive. Much to my dismay, the whole experience was disappointing. Maybe if I get a different, higher quality one, it'll taste better.

  • How long did you have to cook it for?.

  • There are instructions on the box, I don't remember exactly how long, but at least 2-3 hours. I like the concept, but I think it could be executed better.
