Indian Madras Curry

Nelson @ home: Kitty passed me some free sauce packages. I tried this Madras Curry with chicken, onions and green peppers. The recipe called for yogurt, but I didn't have any, so I added some milk instead. Even with my substitution it turned out really well. The resulting dish was full of taste and spice. I needed to let it simmer a bit longer and let the sauce penetrate the chicken more. Fortuntely, the leftovers on next day soaked in the flavour and it tasted even better!
