Nelson @ Rushes: I went to this Waterloo hotel for brunch (drove through a snow storm) and ended up spending over two hours here. I had breakfast and then lunch immediately afterward. It's difficult to capture a buffet, because I usually don't take photos of the buffet itself, although usually that's the most presentable part. Taking pictures of the food I collected on my plate is usually a mishmash of all the foods slopped onto the plate. Rushes Brunch is pretty good, although a little expensive, but I suppose that's expected for a hotel.
