Oysters at home
Nelson: At a family friend's home we had oysters. I've never been brave enough to buy them because I don't know how to open them. Oyster shucking can be dangerous because the blade is extremely sharp. Anyway, somehow they were opened and I had some. The second dish is fish paste stuffed peppers, which are time consuming to make, but are tasty. The next is a vegetable dish with 3 different types of mushrooms. Lastly, it wouldn't be a (cantonese) Chinese meal without a fish.
