Beaver Tails

dre: Whoever has not tried a Beaver Tail MUST do so. This deep-fried, artery-clogging, dough is dressed with your choice of toppings. I had chocolate and banana. The apple cinnamon is also quite good. It is HEAVENLY. I especially enjoy eating it during the snowboarding season as the warm dessert is awesome for the cold weather.

A Beaver Tails is found at your nearest Intrawest Ski Resort (Blue Mountain and Tremblant), Ottawa has a bunch of shops and I also saw one at the Chateau Frontenac in Quebec City.
