Nelson @ Ben Thanh: Ever since Andy introduced to me Viet Vermicelli Rice Platters, I've loved them. I enjoy wrapping my own food and this viet version includes rice paper (banh trang), pickled vegetables, rice vermicelli, grilled pork, spring roll, vegetables and fish sauce. I spent half an hour looking for the vietnamese names, but I couldn't find it. I came up with Banh Uot, Banh Hoi, Banh Cuon, etc. Someone please tell me what the real name is!
