Nelson @ Vinnie Gambini's: I tried the pizza here, the di Carne, which consisted of tomato sauce, pepperoni, proscuitto, capicollo, pancetta, mozzarella and cheddar cheese. It was actually a little too saltly and meaty for my taste, surprisingly. On the bottom was someone else's Seafood Squid ink pasta. The colour of the pasta is really striking, although the taste is similar to regular pasta.
