Steak Party

Nelson @ home: I hosted a BBQ steak party at my house last year. Unfortunately, I was so busy, I didn't get a chance to take a photo, until the last sorriest looking one was left. Even though you can't tell from this picture, I managed to make some nice crosshatch grill marks by placing the meat on a 45 degrees and then rotating 90 degrees for the other 45 degrees angle.

Yes, I can't believe my backlog is approaching a year now!
