Maxim's Palace Yet Again

Nelson @ Maxim's Palace: We keep going back to this place because if you go a certain number of times you get a free Shark Fin's Soup! From the top, pork and spinach with dried scallop, middle is beef with clear rice noodles, bottom is chicken and chinese bacon with assorted vegetables. It seems like Hong Kong restaraunts sprinkle dried scallop to increase the luxury factor. I'm not complaining!
