Internals of Some Sea Creature with Bitter Melon

Nelson @ Maxim's Palace: Unfortunately I don't remember what sea creature this is. If I remember correctly, it's the internal digestive system of some sea creature. It's cooked with bittermelon. Tasted alright, although I don't think I would seek out this dish. Can someone tell me what animal this is?
