Yue Kee Charcoal Roasted Goose
Nelson @ Yue Kee: Kitty's friend's parents own this famous restaurant in Hong Kong, Yue Kee. Their speciality is Charcoal Roasted goose, which is pictured on top. Think about the best Peking Duck you've had....this is better.
To round out the meal, we had a fresh fish, battered shrimp and veggies.
The last dish is Soy Sauce Goose Intestines. If you've ever had intestines before, you know about the, shall we say "dirty" taste. This one had very little to none of that. It was the best intestines I've ever had.
Yue Kee really knows how to make Goose. I highly recommend it to anyone who visits Hong Kong.
