Clams

Nelson @ Happy Seafood Restaurant: I don't know what these are called, but they can found at chinese seafood restaurants. They are thin, long clams that are chewy. This was basically stir fried with veggies and was a little spicy. I enjoyed this dish, as I haven't had these like this before.
