Crab

Nelson @ Happy Seafood Restaurant: Sometimes crab is too troublesome to eat. This crab was the same size as the cheap blue crabs you always see at the market, but they were much better. More meat and tastier meat. There was a salt rub on the crab that made it tastier as well. Also, it was inventive, how they cut the crab so cleanly in half.
