The Start of my Instant Potting

Restaurant: none

dre: We got an Instant Pot last year during Black Friday sales, and it's been really good. I definitely make a lot of soups now, which I haven't photographed.

The first meat dish I tried in the pot were back ribs. I cut them into sets of 3-4 bones and stacked them on top of each other. I think doing it this way, the meat didn't get cooked all the way, so subsequent ribs I've made, I've wrapped them around in the pot.

I pressure cooked them for about 30 minutes and then finished it off in the oven with BBQ sauce. They were very tender and easy to make. I am excited that I don't have to bake them in the oven anymore for 3+ hours!
