Maxim Palace Seafood Dishes

Nelson @ Maxim Palace, HK: The top dish is squid and shrimp with cucumber and celery mixed with Macadamia nuts. I typically don't like plain Macadamia nuts because I find them to taste to oily and fatty. Cooked in a dish it tasted alright though. The middle picture is the typical steamed fish. Did I mention that I think Hong Kong people are the best in the world at cooking fish? The last dish was our only non-seafood dish, a steamed chicken dish with pinapple and green peppers.
