Seaweed Salad

Nelson @ HK Japanese Fusion Restaurant: Kitty's Uncle/Aunt took us to a fancy Japanese Fusion restaurant very close to Sogo in Causeway Bay. The seaweed salad had an interesting presentation. It had vinegar based dressing on the red lettuce topped with plenty of seaweed.
