Korean Fried Chicken
dre: We went to a birthday party where chicken from The Fry was served. It was Korean fried chicken that I've never had before - lightly battered, closer to tempura batter than western KFC or Popeyes. We got the boneless chicken, so each piece reminded me of chicken strips. It was very tasty and light, and didn't feel greasy at all. I enjoyed it!
To complement the meal, we had chap chae and a sweet potato and asparagus salad.
