Taco Night

Nelson: The most difficult part of Taco night is buying all the ingredients. I don't normally use sour cream. It's sometimes difficult to have ripe avocados on hand. And buying tortilla shells usually results in having too many. But it's easy to put together. This time I tried doing the seasoning for the beef myself. I didn't have the right spices so I ended up using a small sample of tobasco sauce I had gotten for free somewhere that completed the recipe. I have since bought the taco seasoning spice mix so I can make it at home more easily. I prefer soft tacos, but also enjoy hard tacos to mix it up. An easy dinner and delicious!
