Nelson: They were cutting up a whole tuna into steaks and it wasn't that expensive. I was curious. So I bought it and put it on my cast iron. It added a lot of smoky flavour, but not sure it needed it as it was already pretty flavourful. The meat was a big tough and I didn't like it that much. It was a huge piece for only $12, so it was good value. Maybe I just cooked it poorly.
