Nelson @ Hong Kong Bakery: Our friend Jannie took us around on a tour of Hong Kong. Fortunately it was an eating tour! She brought us to the most famous place in Hong Kong for egg custard tarts. It was hidden in some back alley, but the tarts themselves were excellent. They were some of the best I've had and I've had many!
