Eat.Feed.Love Jan 2016 Box
Nelson: This month's theme was Indian food. I don't really cook much Indian food at home, so a lot of this would be new for me. Once again the olive oil, this time Persian lime, was wonderful. You wouldn't think that lime would work as an olive oil, but it brings a sharp fresh taste to it that is surprisingly good. The lemongrass mint white balsamic vinegar was very flavourful as well.
We ate the mango chutney with some samosas and pekora that we bought elsewhere. It was really good and we may have to acquire some more. I haven't cooked with the rest of the spices unfortunately yet. Thanks Grace!
