Nelson @ Hui Lau Shan: One of my favourite activities in Hong Kong was eating desserts. There is an expensive (relatively) chain there called Hui Lau Shan that only serves desserts. The bottom one has strawberries, rice balls and mango, while the top one is the mango platter: Glutinous Rice Ball with Fresh Mango Filling, House Special Ice Cream on Crystal Jelly & Mini Rice Balls in Mango Juice. It was soooo refreshing and soooo good.
