Nelson: Chinese supermarkets always seem to have a big bucket of live blue crab. They are pretty frisky too, scuttling on top of each other in such an enclosed space. The downside of eating them is that they are so much work to get at so little meat. Especially the leg meat. But when you do eat the meat, I find it's delicious as it has a nutty flavour to the meat. I don't think I would buy it myself though and never have.
