dre: We went to the first "ramen" place we saw in Chinatown. I should have figured that they didn't serve Japanese Ramen in a restaurant covered with Chinese words.
So while I was disappointed that they didn't serve Japanese ramen, they did have Chinese "pulled noodles". I could hear the person slaaping down the dough on the table, probably separating out the noodles.
I ordered the spicy beef noodle soup, and while I enjoyed the texture of the noodles, I thought the soup itself wasn't spicy or flavourful enough. I probably won't return - there are too many other options in Chinatown.
