dre @StoneysBreadCo: We were in the area so we decided to check out Stoney's for brunch. It was early in the morning and we were pretty hungry.
I got the Stoney's Omelette - chorizo sausage, charred peppers, field mushrooms & asiago, though I asked for it without cheese. It took the longest to come out, and the omelette was quite eggy and not too much filling. It was still enjoyable though and the chorizo was a bit spicy. Yum!
I got a Kid's Breakfast for the girls to share. It was very large and while the girls finished the eggs (they love eggs), only Kristen ate the bacon and the bread was left untouched. It was quite a massive dish!
My cousin ordered a Giuseppe's pizza - pepperoni, calabrese, bacon, mozzarella & fire roasted tomato sauce. It was really good.
My other cousin got the Santa Fe Eggs (if I recall correctly) - poached eggs, back bacon, charred pepper tapenade & pico de gallo on grilled focaccia with hollandaise.
My aunt got the Florence St. Sandwich - grilled chicken, tomatoes, artichokes, field greens, asiago & sundried tomato pesto aioli on a ciabatta. I liked the happy face decoration.
I really enjoy Stoney's food, but I definitely want to try some of their dinner items next time.
