dre: We started doing some more roasts and oven baking on the weekends to make some extra food for the weekday lunches. Ribs and pork loins were on sale, so on two separate weekends, I cooked them. I slow cooked the ribs in the crock pot, and finished it off in the oven with some barbeque sauce glaze.

My digital thermometer wasn't working, so I had to use the manual one for the pork loin which was so thick! It ended up taking a lot longer to cook with this method of taking it out and checking the temperature and putting it back in the oven and repeat.
