Nelson: Predictably after Turkey comes the Turkey sandwiches. I almost like these more than the actual turkey. Gotta make sure there is enough gravy in there to make the whole thing moist enough. Then the stuffing and cranberry sauce add even more flavour. Absolutely delicious. I use margarine on the outsides of the white bread to get the nice sear marks on my Griddler.
Had a few people over so we we made a few. Invite yourself over after Thanksgiving or Christmas to eat this!
