Cousins' Brunch at White Spot
dre @White_Spot: All these times I've been in Vancouver, I have never been to White Spot. It's a chain restaurant located in BC and Alberta, similar to Applebee's or Kelsey's that we are familiar with in Ontario. We met up with all the cousins at the location at Oakridge Mall to hang out and have brunch.
I got the Nat's Hearty Breakfast, which comes with two eggs, two sausages, two strips of bacon, smashbrown potatoes & a half waffle. It was enough to share with 2 kids, myself, and a taste for Mike. I'm not sure what the scoop on top of the waffle was, I think it was whipped cream or whipped butter (though that's a big scoop of butter).
Mike tried the Southwest Chorizo Hash - Chorizo sausage sautéed with vegetables, Cheddar & Jack cheese & our signature smashbrown potatoes topped with two poached eggs. Served with salsa, cilantro sour cream & toast. I had a taste of it, and enjoyed the runny eggs and potatoes.
