Nelson @Teriyaki_Exp: Sometimes when I'm out for fast food and want to try to eat healthier, I choose Teriyaki Experience. By definition, eating fast food can't be very healthy, but this is slightly better than most. The fact that they use water instead of oil I think makes a big difference in calories. Also they have brown rice, which is healthier than white rice. This is the teriyaki chicken and I always get the mushrooms, because why not? I also sometimes ask for extra sauce. And I always get a lot of sriracha sauce to spice it up. Probably not the proper way to have teriyaki, but forgive me as I'm authentically eating at a mall. Anyway, I find this meal tasty and relatively healthy, but sometimes I feel a little hungry right after finishing. After a bit of time I don't notice at all, so it's probably just the right quantity.
