Potluck: Japanese Chicken Step-By-Step

dre: To prove that I can actually make something other than toasting bagels and frying eggs.

Ingredients: Flour, egg (beaten), chicken - Steps: Batter chicken with egg, then flour. Fry chickens in butter/margarine until golden brown
Sauce ingredient proportions: 2 parts sugar, 1 part soy sauce, 1 part vinegar, 1 part water - Stir until sugar is dissolved

Preheat oven 425F
Pour sauce with chicken
Bake for 20 minutes and then flip
Check at 40 minutes to see if chicken is cooked
Broil for 5 minutes
Serve
