Nelson @OverEasyResto: Best thing after a night of drinking is brunch. This nearby place called Over Easy was serving brunch thankfully past noon.
Kitty had The Eggy Hammy Cheesy ($10.99) with a toasted English muffin halved and topped with Dijon, three cheese sauce, off-the-bone baked ham, melted aged cheddar cheese fried eggs with home fries. This was a really large dish with heavy food. The ham was a higlight, with a thick cut and tasting fresh and salty.
I had The Skillet ($10.99) with sausage, bacon, home fries, green pepper, mushroom and onions, all cooked in a skillet topped with melted aged cheddar cheese and fried eggs served with toast. Overall this dish was a little small, but still had good taste. It could have used a little more sausage. Also since it's called the skillet, a skillet would have been appropriate.
Overall pretty good, a little pricey, but probably typical downtown prices.
