Nelson: A local Bahamian specialty we ordered the Conch Fritters ($7) from a cafe right outside a tourist attraction called Bahama Rock Cafe. You can tell that there is a lot of batter, but with the mayo and the deep fried oil it tastes really good. I felt like I could keep popping them in continuously. They were freshly made too which probably made it taste better than the previous night where I didn't even realize what I was eating. We also took a break and had a local beer (not pictured) called Kalik.
