dre: In the cupboard at work, we have some "emergency" food for people that forgot their lunches or did not have time to run out and get something to eat. One of these things is this Pad Thai by Thai Kitchen.
On the box it looked promising, and some of my coworkers said that it was good. I decided to try it for myself. It was easy enough to make - just pour boiling water and put the seasoning in, mix it around, let is stand covered for 5 minutes, and ready to eat.
I can't say that it was great. Or even good. It was edible - barely. The seasoning was too strong with too much MSG and the noodle texture was strange. Needless to say, I won't be eating another one any time soon.
