Aji Chicken Salad

Nelson @ Rude Native: Described as grilled marinated chicken breats on romaine hearts with a smoky black bean salsa, chipotle creme, fraiche and corn tortilla strings. This place tries to be world fusion food. As a result I don't think they do anything particularly well. I didn't order this dish, but it sure looks cool.
