Wildcraft Bread and Flatbread
Nelson @ Wildcraft: This new and trendy restaurant in Waterloo was decent although a little pricey. The bread service is quite good, with a dipping sauce of olive oil and tobasco like sauce, which is different from the typical olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
After Chris recommended it, the Flatbread turned out to be excellent. It's called Truffle Mushroom: portobello, shiitake, oyster, and field mushroom paste, truffle oil, fontina cheese and frisee. For some reason I love vegetarian Italian thin dough pizzas and this was no exception.
