Hancock Tower Cheesecake Factory
Nelson @ John Hancock Tower: Never been here for breakfast, but of course they have an extensive selection. It even comes out with their bread (not pictured) just in case there isn't enough food, which is impossible.
I had the Monte Cristo Sandwich ($11.95) with crunchy french toast stuffed with bacon, grilled ham, scrambled eggs and melted swiss cheese dusted with powdered sugar and served with strawberry preserves. Yes that is as good as it looks and is as good as it is described. The french toast provides sweetness and crunchiness while the meat provide the saltiness and the eggs some textural variety. Nicely presented with a healthy side of hash browns, I bet this has a lot of calories, but I didn't mind while I was eating it!
Kitty had the Crab Hash ($13.95) a delicious blend of sauteed crab, red, yellow and green peppers, onions and potatoes. Topped with poached eggs and Hollandaise sauce. There was a surprising amount of crab, so they definitely didn't skimp out. Together it was decent, but not spectacular because of the competing flavours and as a result hard to taste crab. Kitty enjoyed it, but I would have enjoyed it less if it were my dish.
