St. George's Golf and Country Wedding Apps

Nelson: I've always wondered what it is like in here and I got my chance when Tim had his wedding there. The selection of apps was so plentiful I had to split this post up into two! They included a vinegary salad of artichokes, sun-dried tomato, olives, onions; a selection of red and yellow tomatoes and cheese; a humongous variety of cold cuts; cantaloupe and honeydew balls; roasted peppers, grilled eggplant; hummus and Baba ghanoush; red tomato and Bocconcini; a seafood salad. The last two pictures are of the pulled pork, but I didn't get a chance to have any as I was busy with some other duties.

My favourite was the seafood salad as it had a great variety and surprisingly didn't taste frozen. Overall such a big spread for appetizers and quite a good one too!
