Looks like watermelon, but doesn't taste like watermelon!

Orange and Avocado Carousel
Double Baked Cheese Souffle
Chilled Watermelon Gazpacho - Mike started trying out a lot of the chilled soups
Cock-a-Leekie Soup - clear chicken broth with diced chicken, potato and leek garnished with plump prunes. Mike giggled as he ordered this.
Mille-Feuille of Forest Mushrooms - button, shiitake, chanterelle, oyster and enoki mushrooms served between layers of crisp potato wafers. I wish this dish was larger. It was really good!
Olive Oil Poached Cod with Roasted Tomatoes - After this dish, I was done trying to be "healthy" and eat fish. I needed to save the stomach space for more dessert.
Master Chef's Favourite Braised Short-Ribs - The ribs were so tender and this dish was one of my favourites from the cruise.
Turkey Roast with Giblet Gravy and Cranberry
Warm Espresso-Date Pudding - this dessert was disappointingly dry.
Sacher Torte - dark and dense, filled with apricot preserves and enrobed in a shiny chocolate glaze
Frozen Watermelon Pie - raspberry sherbet studded with "seeds" of chocolate, surrounded with lemon-lime sherbet on a cookie crust. This was the most creative dessert I've ever seen! It was really good too, also one of my favourite desserts of the cruise.
